Terms and Conditions

 

1. Promoter

This prize draw is conducted by the Griffith Aboriginal Medical Service ("the Promoter").

 

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to participants who attend Mums & Bubs group sessions and are either expectant mothers of an Indigenous child, or parents or carers of Indigenous children aged 0–5 years.

• Employees of the Griffith Aboriginal Medical Service, the Hay Aboriginal Medical Service and the Murrin Bridge Health Service are not eligible to enter.

• Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Promotion Period

The prize draw opens 9am on the 1st July 2026 and closes at 4pm on the 30th June 2027.  Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To receive an entry into the draw, participants must:

• Attend a Mums & Bubs group session at either Griffith, Hay or Murrin Bridge = 1 entry

• Participate in group activities = 2 entries

• Help with lunch preparation = 2 entries

• Engage with any guest speakers = 3 entries

• Help clean up after each session = 5 entries

• Introduce and bring a new participant who is eligible to join the program each time you attend a session* = 10 entries

*To be eligible they must be Indigenous or the parent or guardian of an Indigenous child.

 

5. Prize

The winner will receive a gift pack in each location being Griffith, Hay & Murrin Bridge. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless required by law.

 

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries.

• The draw will take place at 9am on the 1st July 2027 at the Griffith Aboriginal Medical Service.  

 

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted using the contact details held on file

• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

 

8. Privacy

Personal information collected during the promotion will be used solely for administering the prize draw and for any other purpose that participants have consented to.

 

9. Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

• Technical failures affecting entry.

• Any loss or damage arising from acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

 

10. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

• The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if unforeseen circumstances make this necessary.

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Any decisions made by the Promoter regarding the prize draw are final, subject to applicable law.

• The winner agrees to their photos or digital images used in any publication, booklet, press releases, website and social media
