Communication
Our facility sets aside time for staff to return telephone calls every day and electronic messages have an automatic reply asking to contact GAMS during work hours.
When staff receive or make calls with clients we ask for three types of identification prior to any discussion taking place.
Privacy
Managing Patient Information- Confidentiality is our highest priority. Client information is secured and only by the relevant Health Professional. Your medical information can and will only be released to a third party after you have provided your written consent. The Privacy Policy is available upon request to Duncan McWhirter (Business Manager).
